I deleted every ‘-ed’ from my resume and callbacks changed

My resume used to end every line the same way — "improved onboarding," "managed reports." A recruiter couldn't see what actually changed.

Once I led with the result — "redesigned onboarding, lifted 7-day retention (A/B tested)" — replies started coming. No number handy? Leave a [?] and fill it in later.

Real lesson: log the numbers as they happen, not at resume season.
